All ingredients are completely natural which means it is vulnerable to different weather conditions. Shipping in cold or hot temperatures may cause freezing or melting. This will alter texture of the body butter.

• If you receive the body butter and it has melted, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes for it to re-solidify.
• If the body butter arrives frozen, allow time for it to naturally heat up to room temperature.

Body butter may not appear full in the jar after it’s melted. This does not mean you are receiving less product; it is still the same amount you would receive in a full jar if it had not been melted.

Everything true will not reship or offer refunds for products that have melted during shipping. Melted body butter does not modify the wholesome benefits that are great for your skin and it is still perfectly safe to use.
