6 easy and fun steps to creating a cute, loveable happy face fimo bead:

Step 1 — Creating the “head” of the bead
- Take a one centimeter wide clay log (the clay log is longer than one centimeter)
- Cut one centimeter long sections from the clay log (you now how one centimeter by one centimeter clay pieces)
- Roll the clay sections into balls
- Take a three millimeter wide white clay log
- Cut two millimeter long sections
- Roll the clay sections into tear drop shaped pieces
- Put the “eyes” onto the “head” of the beads
- Take a four millimeter wide clay log
- Cut four millimeter long sections
- Roll into a ball
- Put the “nose” onto the “head” of the bead
- Take a 1 millimeter wide black clay log
- Cut two specks of black clay
- Roll into a ball
- Place the “pupils” onto the “eyes” of the bead
- Take a 4 millimeter wide clay log
- Cut three millimeter long sections
- Roll into a ball
- Put the “ears” on the side of the “head” of the bead
- Etch the mouth into the clay with a needle

Here are the steps outlined in the video:

Step 1 - Form a tear drop shape
- Roll the clay into a ball between your fingers and the palm of your hands
- Apply light, but firm, pressure to the top of the ball using the pad of your finger
- Roll the ball from side to side (keep applying pressure using the pad of your finger)
- Smooth out the bottom of the tear drop using your fingers
- Repeat the process with the other ball of clay
- Join the points together
- Flatten the round bottom
Step 2 - Completing the character eyes
Step 3 - Creating the pupil of the eyes
Step 4 - Attach the character eyes to your polymer clay character beads
